Website terms

These terms apply when you browse this website. Individual client projects are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted for that project.

Website information

The material on this website is general information about WestForge Digital and its services. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it is not a binding quote, promise or professional advice.

Quotes and project work

Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment terms and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website prices shown here are starting points and may change with scope. Third-party subscriptions, transaction fees and paid services are separate unless a proposal says otherwise.

Performance and search results

We build websites with performance, accessibility and search best practices in mind. Actual speed, search visibility, rankings, traffic, sales and enquiries depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

WestForge Digital owns this website, its original copy, branding and design materials unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not reproduce or commercially use its content without permission. Ownership and licensing for client work are defined in the relevant project agreement.

Third-party services

This website may reference or connect to third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies and performance are controlled by their respective providers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WestForge Digital is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from the availability of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
